What started as a single engagement turned into a multi-year partnership with Johnson & Johnson through our collaboration with Fenton Communications. Over the years, we delivered hundreds of videos across departments — internal culture pieces, social campaigns, brand launches, and global health messaging.
We provided end-to-end post-production for high-profile initiatives, including work for MTV, COVID-19 response videos, and mission-driven brand content. Our work spanned continents and formats, all tailored to meet tight timelines and evolving brand needs. We were trusted for our ability to move fast, stay consistent, and bring sharp video strategy to every ask.
THE MISSION
At the start of our work with Johnson & Johnson, we had to quickly understand and internalize their iconic visual language and voice. From social campaigns to internal messaging, our job was to stay on-brand while helping move the creative forward.
We worked closely with both Fenton and Johnson & Johnson on a weekly basis, functioning as an extension of their marketing team. We delivered content across a variety of needs — from rapid-response videos during the COVID-19 pandemic to evergreen brand and event videos.
All localization, versioning, and social formatting was handled in-house by our team.

THE PROCESS
Over the course of the partnership, we developed content for major internal events, brand culture moments, pharmaceutical storytelling, and social campaigns. From producing animated explainers to editing editorial pieces for MTV campaigns, our involvement covered a wide spectrum of work.
One of the most rewarding projects was a global health explainer, developed to break down complex initiatives into an accessible, visual story.



One standout project was a high-visibility explainer video focused on tuberculosis. The process spanned multiple phases: we began by developing storyboards for approval, offering several distinct design directions to align with the client’s needs.




Once a direction was chosen, we sourced voiceover talent in multiple languages to support international rollout. We managed casting, recording, and direction to ensure consistency across markets. All localization was handled in-house, from translation to audio mixing and asset adjustments.
From there, we moved into full animation, carefully timing every visual beat to the VO. The final piece was clean, informative, and built to connect with audiences around the world.
THE IMPACT
This work was viewed by millions across global campaigns and social channels, generating epic impressions across paid and organic media. The partnership helped drive key Johnson & Johnson messaging during critical moments and built positive brand affinity during a time of global uncertainty.
Through it all, we proved the value of long-term creative collaboration. We showed up every week with fresh ideas, fast turnarounds, and thoughtful video strategy.
